# Deletes a contract.

> Blocked with 409 if the contract has ever had an invoice generated from it — a contract
with real billing history can't be deleted by accident. Deleting a contract that's already
deleted is accepted as a no-op. A non-existent id, or one belonging to another service
provider, is a 404.
