# Issues a link through which the form can be submitted.

> The link opens the form in the Gorelo form web app without a login; one submission made
through it is filed against the form - and against the ticket or task named in the body,
if one is. Send at most one of `TicketId` and `TaskId`; both is a 400. Each must
be an active record of the authenticated service provider, or the response is a 400 naming
the field. An unused link expires at `ExpiresOn`, seven days after it is issued. An
archived form takes no submissions and is a 404, as is a form that does not exist or
belongs to another service provider.
