# Pantalla negra a Gorelo Connect en Windows

> Soluciona la pantalla negra de Gorelo Connect en Windows afegint GoreloConnect.exe a les exclusions d'aplicacions de FancyZones de PowerToys perquè les sessions remotes es mostrin correctament.

## Problema

Gorelo Connect s'inicia amb una pantalla negra a Windows.

## Solució

Això pot ser degut a PowerToys FancyZones.

Afegiu `GoreloConnect.exe` a les exclusions d'aplicació a FancyZones.
