# Gorelo 中的联系人是什么

> 联系人代表你在 Gorelo 中客户组织中的人员。了解联系人如何与工单、审批、邮件和客户门户关联。

## 导入联系人

你可以在 **Settings** > **Import** > 选择 **Contacts** 中，将现有联系人作为 CSV 文件导入。为此，CSV 必须满足以下要求：

* CSV 文件中[与每个联系人关联的客户](/assign-contact-to-client)必须已存在于 Gorelo 中。
* CSV 中的客户名称必须与 Gorelo 中的客户名称完全一致。
* Gorelo 中的客户名称必须唯一。
* Gorelo 每次导入最多 1000 个联系人。
