# 什么是文档

> 在自由格式 how-to 指南的非结构化文档和基于表单捕获一致数据条目的结构化文档之间，为 Gorelo 选择合适的类型。

Gorelo 提供两种类型的文档：

* **非结构化**文档是空白文档，类似于 Word 或 Notion 等应用中提供的文档。这些文档对于编写 "操作指南" 很有用，但不是需要捕获非常特定信息的最佳选择，
* **结构化**文档基于表单。你可以通过以下方式创建它们：
  1. 构建一个询问你想要的特定信息的表单。
  2. 为你想要的每个条目填写此表单。例如每台打印机、网络机架、应用程序等。
