# 小时费率的工作原理

> Gorelo 通过将计费角色的基本小时费率乘以工作类型乘数来计算劳动费率，以对紧急、项目或日常工作进行计费。

时间条目的劳动费率通过两个因素相结合来计算：

1. 由你的\*\*计费角色（Billing Role）\*\*确定的基本小时费率（例如技术员、高级顾问等）
2. 基于所执行的\*\*工作类型（Work Type）\*\*的费率乘数（例如，紧急工作的乘数可能比日常支持高）

你的最终劳动费率 = 基本小时费率（计费角色）× 乘数（工作类型）。

例如，如果一名技术员（计费角色：\$100/小时）执行紧急工作（工作类型乘数：1.5×），最终劳动费率将为 \$150/小时。
