# 安装 Gorelo Connect（远程控制）

> 在 Windows 或 macOS 技术员工作站上安装 Gorelo Connect，从资产详情页面使用一键连接启动远程控制会话。

## 要求

要在你的机器上成功安装 Gorelo Connect，你需要：

1. 一个有效的 Gorelo 订阅。
2. 在你想要监控的资产上安装的 Gorelo Connect。

满足这些要求后，你可以在你的机器上安装 Gorelo Connect 并开始远程监控你的资产。

## 安装 Gorelo Connect（技术员侧）

    2. 你会看到一个小横幅出现，点击 "Download"

    3. 安装 GoreloLauncher.exe（会有两个 UAC 提示——一个用于 Gorelo Launcher，一个用于 Gorelo Connect）
    4. 再次点击 "Connect" 按钮
    5. 始终允许协议处理程序打开 gorelolauncher 链接

    6. 然后你会看到 Launcher 出现——紧接着是 Gorelo Connect 窗口

    ## 在资产上重新安装 Gorelo Connect

    1. 在已安装 Gorelo Connect 插件的资产上，点击 Policy 部分

    2. 在 Gorelo Connect 插件上，点击 "heart" 图标检查健康状况

    3. 然后当它出现时点击 reinstall 按钮。

    ## 手动将 Gorelo Connect 添加到策略

    1. 从菜单导航到 [**<u>Policies</u>**](https://app.gorelo.io/Asset/policy-management)
    2. 选择现有策略
    3. 将鼠标悬停在右上角的 "Add" 按钮上，然后选择 "Plugin"
    4. 从列表中选择 "Gorelo Connect"
    5. 点击 "**Save**"
    6. **分发**策略

      将这两个都添加到 Huntress 中的 [**Tooling Allowlist**](https://support.huntress.io/hc/en-us/articles/26620768607891-Host-Isolation-IP-Allowlist)，以便在主机隔离期间进行远程访问。

    ## 选择默认远程控制工具

    Gorelo 允许你在内置工具或 ScreenConnect 之间选择默认值——所有主要的远程控制按钮都将绑定到此选择。

    1. 导航到 Settings → Assets → [**Settings**](https://app.gorelo.io/admin/admin-settings#asset#customassettype)
    2. 在 Gorelo Connect 或 Screenconnect 之间切换
    3. 点击 "**Update**"

      Screenconnect 需要第三方订阅，且不包含在 Gorelo 中。

    ## 自动安装

    在 RMM 代理首次安装时，Gorelo Connect 会自动安装在新资产上。

    ## 手动安装

    对于现有的 macOS 资产，可以通过三点菜单手动启用/禁用 Gorelo Connect。这可以用来手动安装 Gorelo Connect 或执行重新安装过程。

    ## 授予权限

    在首次安装时（自动或手动），系统会提示你在三个区域授予 Gorelo Connect 权限：

    * 完全磁盘访问
    * 辅助功能
    * 屏幕和系统音频录制

    在每个弹出窗口中选择 "Open System Settings" 并为 GoreloConnect 打开访问权限——如果系统提示，请 "Quit & Reopen"。

    ## 故障排除

    | 黑屏或 "Waiting for image" | 确认已启用**屏幕录制**权限             |
    | macOS 重启后无连接            | 最终用户需要先登录以解密启动磁盘（FileVault） |
