# Gorelo Mobile

> Use the Gorelo mobile app on iOS and Android to handle tickets, alerts, notifications, search, and asset lookups from your phone.

**Gorelo Mobile** is the Gorelo app for your phone. It is built for conversations that can't wait, so you can reply to clients and act on alerts when you are on-site, traveling, or away from your desk.

Download Gorelo Mobile, then sign in with your Gorelo account:

## What you can do in Gorelo Mobile

* **Tickets:** View, reply to, and update tickets.
* **Alerts:** Review alerts from your monitored assets.
* **Notifications:** Get push notifications for the events you subscribe to. See [Set up notifications](/set-up-notifications).
* **Search:** Find tickets by keyword.
* **Assets:** Look up a device and view its details, using the same views as the web app.

## Choose your default comment type

On the web app, new comments on a ticket default to **Private**. In Gorelo Mobile, you can change your default so new comments start as **Public**, which helps if you mostly reply to clients from your phone.

    Clear the Gorelo app cache: in the web app, open your profile menu and select the clear cache option. If a saved view still shows no assets on mobile, try another view, then contact support from **?** > **Contact us** in the web app.
