# Keyboard shortcuts

> Speed up work in Gorelo with keyboard shortcuts for tickets, navigation, and global actions, including new ticket, public reply, and tab management hotkeys.

## Everywhere

| **Press this**    | **To do this**                                                    |
| :---------------- | :---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Ctrl + X          | Close all tabs (except the current one)                           |
| Shift + T         | Create a new ticket                                               |
| Ctrl + left click | Open item in a new Gorelo tab, e.g., tickets/assets from the list |
