# Use invoice templates

> Switch a Gorelo invoice template to the Modern Template to show struck-through discounted prices, page numbers, and your brand colour on invoice PDFs.

An invoice template controls how Gorelo lays out the invoice PDFs it generates. Each template can use the **Modern Template** design. On invoice PDFs, the Modern Template:

* Shows the original price struck through next to the discounted price.
* Numbers each page.
* Uses your brand colour.

## Switch a template to the Modern Template

**1. Navigate to Settings > Billing > Invoice Template.**

**2. Select a template.**

For example, "Standard".

**3. In Template Selector, select Modern Template.**

**4. Click Update.**

Gorelo generates every invoice PDF that uses this template with the Modern Template design.
