# What's Gorelo

> Gorelo is an all-in-one IT management platform for MSPs with remote control, asset management, ticketing, billing, AI automation, and powerful integrations.

Gorelo is an all-in-one platform that provides IT management tools, including:

* Remote control

* Asset management

* Ticketing features

* Billing center

* Powerful workflow and automation capabilities

Gorelo integrates common Managed Service Providers (MSP) tools while providing an API and scripting features to automate repetitive work, from ticket sentiment analysis to reply generation.

One of the key features is Gorelo Connect, a built-in remote control and file explorer that technicians use to remotely access and manage devices seamlessly.

## Get started

To get started with Gorelo, follow one of these two methods:
