# 將聯絡人指派到客戶

> 使用電子郵件地址規則、聯絡人對應與網域指派，在 Gorelo 中自動將收到的電子郵件與工單關聯到正確的客戶。

收到的電子郵件所產生的工單可以透過不同方式自動關聯到客戶（與位置）。這些方式按照下列優先順序套用。

## 將工單關聯到電子郵件地址

你可以直接從電子郵件地址設定中自動將工單關聯到客戶。任何寄到此地址的郵件都會建立關聯到所選客戶的工單。

1. 前往 **Settings** > **Email** > [**Settings**](https://app.gorelo.io/admin/admin-settings#email#settings)。
2. 編輯目標電子郵件地址。
3. 展開 **Automatically Apply** 區段。
4. 選擇客戶。
5. 點擊 **Save**。

## 將工單關聯到聯絡人

你可以依聯絡人的電子郵件地址自動將工單關聯到客戶。

1. 前往 **[Contacts list](https://app.gorelo.io/crm/contact-list)。**
2. 點擊右上角的 **+ Contact**。
3. 填入以下詳細資訊：
   * **First Name**
   * **Primary Email**
   * **Client**
4. 點擊 **Create**。

當有郵件來自指定的 **Primary Email**（或別名）時，Gorelo 會建立關聯到所選客戶的工單。如果聯絡人已指定 location，Gorelo 也會自動將工單關聯到該 location。

## 將網域關聯到客戶

最簡單也最常見的方式是將整個網域關聯到某個客戶。所有來自該網域的郵件都會關聯到指定的客戶。

1. 前往 **[Clients list](https://app.gorelo.io/crm/client-list)。**
2. 編輯相關客戶。
3. 在右側「Domains」區段中，點擊 **+ Domain**。
4. 輸入網域名稱，然後點擊 **Add**。

  [**已剝離的網域（unassociated senders）**](/stip-contacts-from-a-domain) 會覆寫先前所有的關聯。建立工單時，來自這些網域的郵件不會被關聯到任何客戶或聯絡人。
