# Gorelo 中的聯絡人是什麼

> 聯絡人代表你在 Gorelo 中客戶組織內的人員。了解聯絡人如何與工單、核准、電子郵件與 Client Portal 連結。

## 匯入聯絡人

你可以在 **Settings** > **Import** > 選擇 **Contacts** 中以 CSV 檔案匯入既有聯絡人。匯入時，CSV 必須符合下列要求：

* CSV 檔案中[與每位聯絡人關聯的客戶](/assign-contact-to-client)必須已存在於 Gorelo。
* CSV 中的客戶名稱必須與 Gorelo 中的客戶名稱完全相符。
* Gorelo 中的客戶名稱必須是唯一的。
* Gorelo 每次匯入最多 1000 位聯絡人的限制。
