# 建立結構化文件

> 在 Gorelo 中建立帶有問答欄位的結構化文件範本，然後產生印表機、機櫃、應用程式等的一致紀錄。

結構化文件由兩部分組成 — 結構化文件範本與其產生的紀錄。你必須先建立範本，才能從中產生紀錄。

## 建立結構化文件範本

1. 前往 **Settings** > **[Documents](https://app.gorelo.io/Admin/admin-settings#documentstructure)。**
2. 點擊左下角的 **Create structured document**。
3. 為結構化文件設定標題（會用作左側選單中的名稱，並支援表情符號）。
4. 透過輸入「/」或在游標移上時點擊 + 按鈕，以問答欄位建構你的結構化文件範本。
5. 選擇你希望顯示在紀錄清單中的欄位。
6. 選擇一個欄位作為紀錄的標題。
7. 點擊右上角的 **Save**。

  **小提示！**

  * 問題名稱會成為欄位的標題
  * 欄位右上角的小星號可將其設為必填
  * Assets/Contacts/Documents/Uptime 欄位可讓你從相關客戶選擇現有項目
  * Conditional Logic 可讓你顯示／隱藏欄位
  * 三點選單可讓你還原結構化文件範本的前一版本

## 結構化文件紀錄

1. 在主選單前往 [**Documents**](https://app.gorelo.io/Document/document-list)。
2. 設定你的 **Client Focus**。
3. 從左側選單選擇你的 **Structured Document** 標題。
4. 點擊 **Ne** 來建立紀錄。
5. 填入必要欄位並點擊 **Save。**
6. 你現在會在清單中看到新的紀錄。
