# Uptime 運作方式

> 了解 Gorelo uptime 監控如何使用來自多個區域的 ICMP、HTTP 與 TCP 檢查，在網站或連線離線時通知你。

Gorelo 的 **Uptime** 功能可讓你使用下列方式監控網站與網路連線：

* Internet Control Message Protocol（ICMP）ping。
* HTTP 檢查
* TCP 檢查

當目標無法到達或離線時，Gorelo 會[通知你](/alerts-overview)。

你可以使用下列詳細資訊設定 uptime check：

* 檢查類型
* 目標 IP 或 URL
* 客戶／位置
* 頻率
* 重檢
* 監控區域（Seattle、Sydney、UK 或 Frankfurt）

## 自動指派位置

Gorelo 可根據未指派 agent 的公網 IP 自動識別其所屬位置。

例如：

1. 你為某客戶站點建立一個使用 WAN IP `203.0.113.10` 的 uptime check。
2. 一個新的通用 agent 安裝完成並回報相同的 WAN IP。
3. Gorelo 比對 IP 並自動將該 agent 指派（「採用」）到正確的客戶與位置。

這有助於自動組織新部署或未指派的資產，而不需手動將它們搬移到正確的客戶或站點。
