# 安裝 Gorelo Connect（遠端控制）

> 在 Windows 或 macOS 技術人員工作站上安裝 Gorelo Connect，以從 Asset Detail 頁面透過一鍵連線啟動遠端控制工作階段。

## 需求

要在你的機器上成功安裝 Gorelo Connect，你需要：

1. 一個有效的 Gorelo 訂閱。
2. 在你想要監控的資產上安裝 Gorelo Connect。

具備這些條件後，你便可在自己的機器上安裝 Gorelo Connect 並開始遠端監控資產。

## 安裝 Gorelo Connect（技術人員端）

    2. 你會看到一個小橫幅出現，點擊「Download」

    3. 安裝 GoreloLauncher.exe（會出現兩次 UAC 提示 — 一次給 Gorelo Launcher，一次給 Gorelo Connect）
    4. 再次點擊「Connect」按鈕
    5. 永遠允許通訊協定處理器開啟 gorelolauncher 連結

    6. 接著你會看到 Launcher 出現 — Gorelo Connect 視窗會緊接著開啟

    ## 在資產上重新安裝 Gorelo Connect

    1. 在已安裝 Gorelo Connect 外掛的資產上，點擊 Policy 區段

    2. 在 Gorelo Connect 外掛上，點擊「heart」圖示檢查健康度

    3. 然後在 reinstall 按鈕出現時點擊它。

    ## 手動將 Gorelo Connect 加入政策

    1. 從選單前往 [**<u>Policies</u>**](https://app.gorelo.io/Asset/policy-management)
    2. 選擇現有政策
    3. 將滑鼠移到右上角的「Add」按鈕並選擇「Plugin」
    4. 從清單選擇「Gorelo Connect」
    5. 點擊「**Save**」
    6. **Distribute** 該政策

      **專屬 IP 位址**

      Seattle：`172.179.240.232` [connect.usw.gorelo.tech](http://connect.usw.gorelo.tech)

      Sydney：`20.5.234.185` [connect.aue.gorelo.tech](http://connect.aue.gorelo.tech)

      將這兩個 IP 加入你在 Huntress 的[**Tooling Allowlist**](https://support.huntress.io/hc/en-us/articles/26620768607891-Host-Isolation-IP-Allowlist)，以便在主機隔離期間進行遠端存取。

    ## 選擇預設遠端控制工具

    Gorelo 可讓你在內建工具與 ScreenConnect 之間選擇預設工具 — 所有主要遠端控制按鈕都會綁定到此選擇。

    1. 前往 Settings → Assets → [**Settings**](https://app.gorelo.io/admin/admin-settings#asset#customassettype)
    2. 在 Gorelo Connect 或 Screenconnect 之間切換
    3. 點擊「**Update**」

      Screenconnect 需要第三方訂閱，且未包含在 Gorelo 中。

    ## 自動安裝

    當 RMM agent 首次安裝在新資產上時，Gorelo Connect 會自動安裝。

    ## 手動安裝

    對於現有的 macOS 資產，可透過三點選單手動啟用／停用 Gorelo Connect。可用於手動安裝 Gorelo Connect 或進行重新安裝。

    ## 授予權限

    在首次安裝時（自動或手動），系統會提示你在三個區域授予 Gorelo Connect 權限：

    * Full Disk Access
    * Accessibility
    * Screen & System Audio Recording

    在每個彈出視窗上選擇「Open System Settings」並為 GoreloConnect 開啟存取權 — 若要求則「Quit & Reopen」。

    ## 疑難排解

    | 黑畫面或「Waiting for image」 | 確認 **Screen Recording** 權限已啟用 |
    | macOS 重啟後無法連線           | 終端使用者需要先登入以解密啟動磁碟（FileVault）  |
