# 發布表單

> 將 Gorelo 表單發布到 Client Portal 供客戶自助使用，可選擇限制特定客戶可見或對所有客戶開放。

表單可發布到 Client Portal 供自助服務使用。若指定客戶，則只會發布到該客戶的 portal。若未指定客戶，則會發布到所有客戶的 portal。

1. 從選單前往 [**Forms**](https://app.gorelo.io/form/form-list)。
2. 在左側選擇表單。
3. 選擇 **Settings** 分頁。
4. 開啟 **Allow in portal** 以將此表單發布到 Client Portal（針對指定客戶）。
