# 工單疑難排解

> 解決常見的 Gorelo 工單問題，包含 Add to Calendar 變灰、時區不符與其他工作流程問題，並提供分步驟解決方案。

| **「Add to calendar」變灰** | 「Add to calendar」按鈕可能會變灰。 | 工單狀態為 **Closed**                 | 將工單狀態變更為 Closed 以外的狀態（**Open** 或 **On Hold**）                                  |
