Projects

Returns a project's comments, newest first.

Cursor-paginated. Attachment and inline-image links carry a time-limited access token that expires, so fetch the comment again rather than storing a url.

Rows carry BodyTruncated so this list has the same shape as the task comment list, but it is always false here: a project comment’s body is always inline, so the full body is in the row and there is nothing further to fetch.
