Adds a web domain to a client.
Inbound email from the domain is matched to this client, so a domain can belong to one client only: a name already held by any of your clients is a 400 on Name. Without ExpirationDate the expiry is looked up from the domain registry where the registry publishes one. The new domain appears in the client’s Domains.
