Invoices

An invoice in Gorelo is a document that lists the products and services you provide to your customers, along with the corresponding prices and quantities. You can create invoices from:
  • Time or labor entries
  • Products
  • Bundles
Invoices can be:
  • Full: billing the entire amount.
  • Partial: billing a portion of the amount.
Create them from scratch or use templates to save time. Once you have created an invoice, you can:
  1. Review it.
  2. Approve it.
  3. Send it to your customers.

Turn on the Pay Now button in your invoice templates to ease the process for your customers and get paid faster.

Products and services

Products and services are the items you bill to your customers. They can either be:
  • Time based: you invoice the time spent on a ticket.
  • Labor based: you invoice the type of work you perform on a ticket, or the role of the person performing the work.
