Associate Tickets With Email Addresses
You can automatically associate tickets with a client directly from the email address settings. Any email sent to this address will create a ticket associated with the selected client.- Navigate to Settings → Email → Settings
- Edit the desired email address
- Expand the ‘Automatically Apply’ section
- Select the client
- Click ‘Save’
Associate Tickets With Contacts
You can automatically associate tickets with a client based on a contact’s email address.- Navigate to the Contacts list
- Click ‘+ Contact’ up the top-right
- Fill in these details:
- First Name
- Primary Email
- Client
- Click ‘Create’
Associate a Domain With a Client
The simplest and most common method is to associate an entire domain with a client. All incoming emails from that domain will be associated with the specified client.- Navigate to the Clients list
- Edit the relevant client
- In the ‘Domains’ section (right side), click ‘+ Domain’
- Enter the domain name, then click ‘Add’
