Associate tickets with email addresses
You can automatically associate tickets with a client directly from the email address settings. Any email sent to this address will create a ticket associated with the selected client.- Navigate to Settings > Email > Settings.
- Edit the desired email address.
- Expand the Automatically Apply section.
- Select the client.
- Click Save.
Associate tickets with contacts
You can automatically associate tickets with a client based on a contact’s email address.- Navigate to the Contacts list.
- Click + Contact up the top right.
- Fill in these details:
- First Name
- Primary Email
- Client
- Click Create.
Associate a domain with a client
The simplest and most common method is to associate an entire domain with a client. All incoming emails from that domain will be associated with the specified client.- Navigate to the Clients list.
- Edit the relevant client.
- In the ‘Domains’ section (right side), click + Domain.
- Enter the domain name, then click Add.
